How one student battled setbacks, self-doubt, and financial struggle to become a doctor and a mentor.

🌟 Success Story of Dr. Azad – From Struggles to Strength 🌟

A Journey That Inspires Every Medical Aspirant

Dr. Azad’s journey began like many others — with a dream. A dream to become a doctor, to serve people, and to bring healing where it’s most needed. But unlike many, his path to that dream was filled with extraordinary challenges that tested his resolve at every step.

He pursued his MBBS in China, not in normal times, but during one of the most disruptive periods in modern history — the COVID-19 pandemic. While the world came to a standstill, Dr. Azad chose to move forward. With the shift to online classes, isolation in a foreign land, and limited resources, he adapted. He studied tirelessly, managing everything on his own, often without the comfort of support or certainty.

When he returned to India, the real battle began — preparing for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE). This exam is a crucial step for every foreign-trained doctor to start practicing in India. But Dr. Azad’s challenge was twofold — he had to juggle the intense pressure of preparation along with the heavy burden of financial stress. To support himself, he took up a job as a schoolteacher during the day, and burned the midnight oil to prepare for the FMGE at night.

There were moments of self-doubt, moments where giving up seemed easier. But he always reminded himself of his purpose — why he started in the first place. His resilience was tested even further when he failed the FMGE exam not once, but twice. Yet, every failure only made him stronger. It sharpened his focus, deepened his determination, and fueled his belief in himself.

In his third attempt, driven by unshakeable faith and relentless hard work, Dr. Azad finally cleared the FMGE — and not just barely, but with impressive marks. That success wasn’t just academic; it was a monumental victory over every hardship, every sleepless night, and every sacrifice he had made.

Even after clearing FMGE, his journey was not over. Due to the COVID-19 delays, he faced a 2-year internship requirement — yet he never lost hope. He continued to push forward with patience and positivity. Today, Dr. Azad stands tall — not just as a doctor, but as a symbol of strength, perseverance, and inspiration.

Determined to make sure that no other student has to face the same struggles alone, Dr. Azad has joined Fly With Me as a guiding partner. He is deeply committed to offering real support, rooted in real experience. He actively warns students about fake promises and misleading agents that prey on medical aspirants, urging them to seek only genuine guidance.

🗣️ Dr. Azad says:

"I know what it feels like to fail, to be broke, to feel lost and hopeless. But I also know what it feels like to rise, to believe, and to win. That’s why I’m here — to be the mentor I once needed. If I can make it, so can you."

“I’ve failed, I’ve struggled, but I never stopped. You shouldn’t either.” – Dr. Azad

He now proudly recommends studying in Tajikistan — one of the safest countries for medical education, where even an Indian Air Force base is present, ensuring peace and security. With affordable fees, a solid academic infrastructure, and minimal distractions, it provides an ideal environment for students to stay focused on their goals.

His story is living proof that tough times don’t last, but tough people do. Dr. Azad’s message to students is clear and powerful: “If I can do it with all odds against me, you can too — just stay focused and don’t stop believing.”

Now, as a mentor, not just a doctor, Dr. Azad stands beside the next generation of future doctors — to guide, to support, and to remind them that real success comes from real struggles.
